Autonomous cruise control, traffic jam assist combines Audi’s currently available adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist, steering to hold lanes as well as accelerating and braking the car to and from a stop.

The system only will work if it thinks you’re in a traffic-heavy situation; if traffic disperses, it relinquishes control back to the driver.

  2. why cant the car have a voice that tells you what its doing, what if you fell asleep while the car was driving, does the car pull over to the side of the highway if it sees you are asleep and put on emergency lights?

  6. which model of audi is it (looks like A6)?? it has LCD like the new TT (instead of classic analog cocpit..)

  7. All the button pressing makes it really annoying. Embed sensors in the steering wheel, so when the driver takes their hands off the system automatically takes control. Display a message on the computer when it does. Pressing buttons when you have an automated system is so silly.

  8. Im thinking could you use that in a drive through?

  9. Really? I don’t think so. Night vision in a car was in a Cadillac first. Inflatable rear seatbelts…Lincoln…
